We offer personal career assessments and counselling, mentoring and strengths coaching. Shelley du Plessis leads StrongFuture.Gens with a combination of the following life skills and qualifications- Certified Career Direct Counsellor and Clifton StrengthsFinder Coach - High School student Mentor and Mentoring Facilitator - 50 plus Coach - finding and defining significance after success - Author - Public Speaker - 30 years global experience working with individuals, couples and teams in transition and personal career change Shelley’s natural ability to strongly lean into change, her knowledge of the insecurities and hopelessness of people in transition and her understanding of the times and what people need, enables her, together with the client, to develop a strategy to set them up for a favourable outcome in both work and home life.
