Strong Haulers is a vision for a mobile app empowering people living with chronic health conditions, such as Long COVID and Post-Concussion Syndrome, to track and predict symptoms. Making symptoms predictable is our mission, because when symptoms are unpredictable, life is unpredictable. We know from experience - our founders have Long COVID and PCS too! Our technology will eventually allow users to track how symptoms: 1) Shift in severity and interact with each other; 2) Respond to daily activities (triggers & interventions); 3) Interact with biometric health data (such as HRV & sleep); and 4) Correlate with various lifestyle factors to produce predictive insights. These features will help users identify what helps (effective interventions), what hurts (symptom triggers), and how to spot patterns that can assist with producing predictive insights over time.
