Strong Heart Counseling

Strong Heart Counseling is a group counseling practice in Columbia, Mo. We are committed to serving families, couples, and individuals in their relationship and mental health journey. We believe all people deserve equitable access to affirming and culturally responsive mental health care. As professionals, we hold ourselves to a high standard of self examination to identify our privileges, internalized biases, and address ways in which we may perpetuate harm through our profession. We believe that actively pursuing healing is foundational to forming equitable relationships with our clients and community members.
