Strong Path Coaching

From being a Career-Focused twenty-something living near London and working in the Global Corporate environment to quickly being relocated into a different culture and country as a Stay at Home Mum of two very small children, Gráinne McConnell, decided to embark on establishing a Coaching company based on her own experiences for Moms in the Boardroom. Juggling being an ambitious, motivated and successful woman with being a mom and chief household organizer can lead to confidence issues, lack of self-belief and ultimately, burn-out. Using transformational coaching tools, active listening and powerful questioning, Gráinne empowers Moms in the Boardroom with confidence to face their challenges, own their situation and take back their power in order reach their true potential.
