El Sr. Abnel Pizarro creador y fundador se dio la tarea de evaluar las necesidades del pueblo de Puerto Rico ante ese evento atmosférico. Al observar cómo sus amigos no tenían agua caliente debido a que el sistema eléctrico estaba fuera de servicio; se le ocurre la brillante idea de un calentador sin electricidad funcionando a base de gas Propano y baterías "D".
