Joni Beyster, has been a brand, marketing, and product designer for 12 years with a focus of understanding human behavior, how to create successful product experiences, and what makes people "click the button" with ease and delight. Combined, this dreamer duo have found a greater calling to extend their knowledge, curiosity, and care for the wellbeing of themselves and others. Turning their passions into a platform. Today, our tagline is "Hurt Less. Move More", which is fitting to our current offerings. Our 6 Week Fit Groups also focus on mindset, so we focus on both physical and mental fitness. Our platform will be a resource for individuals seeking to build a more positive life experience while they're alive, by living a healthy lifestyle and a meaningful and fulfilling life. We are just starting! Our platform has 3 tiers. Self Paced Online Courses: Today, you'll find just 1 course so far on Knee Strength and Mobility to prevent and relieve pain and injury. We will build more courses with Cody's expertise in physical health. 6 Week Fit Groups: This addresses needs we've found Cody's clients needing over the last several years. Right off the bat, the biggest need from the last few years is to provide community for others working on bettering their lives, confronting their limits, and providing social support and group accountability. 1:1 Online Training with Cody Beyster.
