Previously, he served as Chief Underwriter for VD Acquisitions (2022–2024), concentrating on oil and gas assets, and earlier worked in the Middle East supporting offshore gas-infrastructure security. He helped launch Strongheart’s first fund in 2024, which returned 31.43% within nine months. He has underwritten $350M+ in O&G deals and overseen $13M+ in executed transactions over the past year. Frank Stagg, COO Frank Stagg has 5+ years of business development and energy investment experience across the Williston, Powder River, and Permian Basins. As co-founder and COO, he oversees operations, asset evaluation, investor relations, and deal sourcing. Prior roles focused on building relationships with HNWIs, family offices, operators, and mineral owners. He played a key role in Strongheart’s first fund, which delivered 31.43% in nine months. Mr. Stagg has contributed to $150M+ in O&G transactions and supported $13M+ in Strongheart’s executed deals in the past year. Maha Akram, CFO As CFO, Maha Akram leads Strongheart’s financial strategy, capital planning, and risk governance across upstream assets in the Williston, Powder River, and Permian Basins. She manages corporate finance, treasury, cash-flow planning, audits, and institutional reporting. Her prior experience includes senior roles in upstream valuation, reserve economics, and capital-structure optimization. She helped structure Strongheart’s inaugural fund, which returned 31.43% in nine months. Ms. Akram has executed $150M+ in financing, acquisition, and restructuring transactions throughout her career.
