Our portfolio of successful projects presents excellence in the Commercial, Residential, Mixed Use, Civic and Educational (Higher Education as well as K-12) Market Sectors. Our Leadership is recognized as innovators in these areas through prestigious Design Awards, including 3 American Architecture National Design Awards from the Chicago Athenaeum and 2 American Institute of Architects Los Angeles Chapter Design Awards. In addition to Design Awards from the AIA National Academy of Architecture for Justice, the AIA California Council and multiple AIA Chapters throughout Southern California. Our leadership's work has been published internationally in Domus, L’ARCA, as well as nationally in Architectural Record, Architect, Form, Contract Design, Architect’s Newspaper, etc. Originally founded in 1990 as an experimental design practice, Struere is a woman owned corporation since 2013. We are registered DGS, VSBE, WBE, City of LA SLB, DBE and SBE.
