sts/Project Managent, LLC provides consulting services to both tenants and landlords. Projects include major capital asset repair and replacement, tenant improvements, build-to-suits, site selection and ground-up site development and commercial construction project management. Typically, we develop a project budget and schedule, assist the tenant or owner in the selection of an architect, oversee the design process, represent the tenant or owner in negotiations with City Planning and Building Departments, assist in the selection of a general contractor, oversee the construction process and manage the move-in of equipment and personnel into the new space.
