We Create What we are proud of Our firm also seeking a motivated individual with 2-4 years of working experience in Landscape Architecture. As an associate of our international team, you will be responsible for designing small to medium sized residential landscape projects. You will be required to satisfy our clients’ needs with quality and unique outcomes. Job Attributes will include-Bachelor or Masters degree in design from an international university. Candidates who studied Landscape Architecture are preferred. ChengDu based international students are preferred-Adequate verbal skills in English- Work experience in the industry and strong abilities in conceptual design. Chinese as well as international design perceptions are ideal-Artistic abilities with sketch work and conceptual design. Adequate skills with detail drawing as well-Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Office- Effective collaboration skills and willingness to share ideas and information in a team environment- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure- Strong self-motivation and tenaciousness. Eagerness to accumulate new knowledge and to grow as a professional designer. The company will offer a competitive base salary and additional monetary incentives based on the accumulation of projects. Future incentives such as company shares are also a possibility. Work is performed 6 days a week. Hours are flexible. Some overtime work is expected if a project demands it. The company will honour all public holidays in China.
