Student Spaces

Student Spaces is a new website connecting college students with off campus housing options. Using advanced features, we have created a "one stop shop" for students or parents searching for rentals. After a successful beta launch in June 2014, we released the full version in December 2014 at 8 Universities in Texas. Since then, we have helped thousands of students find off campus housing. Using our site, students are able to filter their search based on a specific price range, number of bedrooms, type of leasing, pet policy, amenities, and distance to campus. We provide them with the tools to compare options, schedule showings, message property managers directly, fill out and submit rental applications, view rental market stats, and more! Property managers have complete control over their listings, with no limits placed on pictures, floor plans, or leads. We use a combination of internet marketing and local marketing to drive traffic to our website. Features for properties include a lead management system, complete market & listing analytics, the ability to upload your specific rental application, a comprehensive dashboard, and direct contact to interested renters.
