Studenthaus is the consumer intelligence platform for student housing in Canada. We survey thousands of students at top Canadian universities to understand how they live, what they want, and what drives their housing decisions. Our data helps developers, investors, universities, and operators make smarter decisions. We've supported projects as early as the site selection stage all the way to the leasing strategy. Our platform delivers consumer insights from over student renters across 22 universities and 17 city markets. Filter by demographic and explore data on rent budgets, housing preferences, amenity rankings, commute tolerance, and more. Each year, we publish the State of Canadian Student Living report, a comprehensive look at how students live today and what they want from their housing.
