We help owners give form to that vision in a way that is as poetic as it is pragmatic. We serve as their advocate to see their idea become a habitable place. The work ranges across types and scales including residential, retail, restaurants, office, hospitality and mixed-use. The design process is focused around finding the unique solution to a particular user, community, location, and budget in a way that can be playful or sublime, yet always creates an atmosphere and experience tied to its place. Sustainability is vital. We understand that everyone lives on a finite planet that is based on cyclical systems, and we act like it. We are fascinated by the interplay of tactile materials and cutting-edge technology. We utilize the latest in BIM and parametric modeling to shape projects that are experiential, efficient, responsive, and pragmatic. studio arcus was founded in 2020 by Thomas Hardy. The studio is based in Atlanta and collaborates across the United States.
