Our newly renovated studio is located in the heart of the Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam. Our aim is to offer you your favorite balance between (very) physical & mindful classes to support in (re-)balancing your lifestyle. We offer different types of Yoga, Pilates, Essentrics and Barre classes.
