Studio BE. is an RIBA Chartered practice and takes an environmentally conscious approach to ‘whole’ building design with a focus on health and wellbeing. Our ‘fabric first’ approach seeks to maximise the performance of the building components from the inception of an idea through to the completion of low-energy, healthy buildings. We offer a collaborative Passivhaus Design service for both new build projects and extensions. With existing buildings, we take an AECB ‘carbon-lite’ retrofit approach and through careful observation establish specific project solutions. Listening to the client and working collaboratively within a project team from an early stage is key to successful and ‘sustainable’ project delivery.
