Studio Breathe is an eco-friendly, wellness facility unique to Montreal that offers over 50 integrated classes of the most sought-after hard and soft training techniques of Yoga, Martial Arts, Pilates and Boxing for men, women, and children. The first of its kind in Canada, Studio Breathe is a one-stop fitness center for inner and outer health for the elite athlete or novice. Just steps from Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal bike path, we offer a flexible membership formula, from drop-in classes to easy, unlimited monthly passes. Our 8500 square feet of loft space houses 3 spacious studios including one equipped with radiant heating for Hot Yoga, full service amenities, as well as a Holistic Spa Vert where preventive treatments like Nutritional Consultations and Shiatsu, Stone Therapy, and Swedish Massage are favorites. In each of our bamboo floored studios, we offer a variety of different yoga styles from meditative Restorative Yoga to dynamic Hot Yoga. All of our Yoga classes are taught by a unique blend of experienced teachers.
