Art and Soul Space is a place of wellness, heatlh and fitness, nestled in nature overlooking the salt marsh in Scituate, MA. Classes offered are therapeutic yoga, vinyasa yoga and Hatha Yoga for all levels; Pilates mat and Barre. Art classes are offered in spring, summer and fall. Owner Darlene Bradlee works privately and semi-privately with students of all ages, from pre-teen to elder adult, assisting them to a better state of health through nutrition and mind-body fitness. The beautiful gallery space features local and nationally recognized artists, with original work for sale, annual Open Studio and several gallery show openings per year."The Space" supports local charities, such as 'The SANDS", Scituate Food Pantry, Rosie's Place and more through donations and art auctions each year.
