Studio Ii

Studio ii is an innovative architecture and design studio founded by Nicholas Ng and Cristian Dobjanschi. Both are ARB registered architects in the UK, and met whilst working at world renowned firm, Foster + Partners. We aim to be a different organisation to conventional design practices, by operating through collaboration, experimentation and research with other architects, developers and contractors. This design philosophy is reflected through our product design, small scale housing renovation projects and large scale urban projects. With each project, we aim to realise something extraordinary. We are interested in going about the process of architecture in a different way – a way where clients, users, collaborators and makers are all part of the process of design, and sometimes construction. More than anything, we are interested in making unusual, delightful and intelligent interiors, buildings and environments that are thorough, considered and exceptional, by having a wider consequence outside their own material actuality.
