Studio Iii Architecture

Studio Architecture is based at the gateway to the Green Mountains in the town of Bristol, Vermont. We create meaningful architecture that is anchored to its place and rich in material and detail. We design with a sensitivity to our own unique northeast climate that starts with a commitment to the use of native materials, and have forged strong partnerships with talented local craftsmen and builders. We create living and working places for people who, like ourselves, have a strong sense of connectivity to the environment around them. Every project is unique and every client is a valued member of our design team. Studio is led by Vermont architect Gregor Masefield, AIA, a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a PHIUS Certified Passive House Consultant. Our architects are NCARB certified and hold licenses in Vermont, New York and Connecticut. Studio is committed to sustainability in the built environment and has adopted the 2030 Challenge.
