We provide services in Tax Law, Corporate Finance and Civil Law and help corporates in any sectors. Our law firm, founded by Francesco Bonifazi and Federico Lovadina in 2008, is based in Florence, Milan and Rome where 15 practitioners, including lawyers and chartered accountants, provide their services. Our knowledge of Italian law and our broad expertise thanks to our involvement in significant transactions at a national level are the hallmark of our law firm. We offer integrated services aiming to guarantee our clients a deep insight into the regulatory system in which they work and the most effective solutions, helping them in the areas of tax law and assisting them in corporate and finance transactions. Our scope is particularly wide, both from a litigation and advisory point of view, thanks to the integration between chartered accountants and lawyers, based on the model of law firms operating worldwide, and the cross-field experiences of our practitioners, in line with the modern international trends of the sector. We have also increased our expertise thanks to positions of responsibility in institutional and academic bodies and in boards of directors of some of the most important Italian companies. Our clients include national companies, listed and unlisted, carrying out their business both in Italy and abroad.
