LIA is multi-disciplinary design studio with highly motivated team, based in south London. Influenced by every-day living, we provide services for various types of domestic and commercial projects, planning applications for extensions & conversions, apartments, retail, change of use, interior design & landscape. We enjoy designing a life for our clients via converting spacial limits and obstacles to the rewarding ideas and clever solutions. Our team is experienced to overcome the daily challange between the budget and the visionary design aspirations. Addition to our projects, we build close relations with our clients and we assist them throughout the whole phases of their projects. We equally enjoy the delivery and implementation stages, working closely on site with the delivery team, engineers, craftsmen, trade and building contractors.If required, we can recommend a team of consultants, construction professionals, and competent reliable building contractors and tradesmen that we work with on a regular basis.
