Studio Pilates Pranayama

Welcome to Pranayama Right in the heart of the city, you will find Studio Pilates Pranayama. A modern environment where our primary objective is to exercise both the body and the spirit. Our space has two rooms: In the main room, where private, semi-private and group sessions up to 5 people take place, you will find our ultramodern Pilates equipment (such as reformer,caddilac, barrel etc). The other room is where group sessions take place with props such as pilates balls, weights, pilates magic circles and rubber bands. We also offer yoga classes in private, semi-private and group sessions. Moreover, we will hold Nia and Zumba lessons. There is also a massage room, where you can enjoy a relaxing, therapeutic massage (by appointment only). Before or after your class, you can enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar.
