Studio Scalzi

Studio Scalzi has been operating since 1954 and during its long activity it has created works of public and private interest of considerable importance. The founder, Eng. Ferruccio Scalzi, former consultant and trusted designer of many bodies such as the Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, various municipalities, provincial administrations and health bodies since the 1950s, has directed the construction of significant works both technically and economically. Among others, we highlight the Mechanographic Center of the Treasury for Central and Insular Italy in Latina, important hospital facilities such as the new Terracina Hospital, primary urbanization works in Latina and in the Province including those for the whole island Ponza, professional institutes in Latina, Venafro and Macomer, schools of all levels including the series of "Art Schools", a school order from the 1960s, now no longer present, which were built in the mountain municipalities of the Province of Latina on similar schemes, using the local stone on the facade and large windows in "iron window" forerunner solution of today's "bioclimatic greenhouse", Many regulatory plans have been drawn up for various municipalities and important public construction projects in Rome and Latina.
