That’s quite frankly because often the goal is just to push your body through a bunch of reps checking them off of a to-do list, rather than considering your workout as an expertly crafted experience – going through a targeted set of moves in order to recruit muscles specifically, to sculpt and tone effectively, to burn fat efficiently, and to apply training techniques to balance the way you ask your body to move. After all, we want you to get the best results possible whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or do both during the time you invest with us! We’ll use steps, dumbbells, medicine balls, body balls, resistance bands, your own body weight, Pilates, classic weightlifting, moves from yoga and dance… In other words, there’s no limit to what you might find in a studio217 class or training session - as we’re going to use what works!
