Angela Spillane started studiospillane in 2019, after working in award-winning commercial architectural practices for 20 years. During that time, she led successful teams to design and deliver projects in multiple commercial sectors. She believes that good design is more than a visual outcome – it can impact people’s behaviour, elevate business, and simplify operations. “I’m interested in the relationship between people and the built environment - how we shape the spaces we inhabit, and how they shape us. Good design develops from the inside out, responding to the emotional and functional needs of the people within. I am driven by the multidisciplinary nature of what we do, unlocking different expertise and perspectives and exploring the process of creating a space and place, from design to delivery. “
