Aims • Enhance the wellbeing and life opportunities of young people in Studley aged between 11-18. • Create a community where young people feel valued, safe and supported wherever they are on their personal life journey. • Provide dedicated, effective youth work in a variety of ways and settings. • Be proactive in reaching out to young people in an area which, in part, has high levels of deprivation. • Develop young people in realising their emotions, skills, and abilities and how to use them to communicate, interact and network with others. • Present good role models to inspire good life choices, with further signposting opportunities, so that young people can grow and develop to become the best version of themselves. • Encourage young people to have a voice and to be actively involved in the development of the world around them.
