Stunell Technology is an engineering management consultancy, founded in that helps clients improve the product development process and bring new products and processes to market. Our areas special interest include- Implementing 'process improvements' within the product development process, including the application of ISO / TS 16949 Quality Standards and the Effective use of Advanced Product Quality Planning. Problem solving in product and process design to ensure that customer and market requirements are satisfied, and improving the quality of management data and systems. Helping engineering managers understand Product Liability Law and develop an effective risk management strategy to identify, prevent, detect and mitigate potential Product Liability concerns to minimize the risk of litigation. Using KPI management to drive continuous improvement using Qualitin's ICG Toolkit Our approach to Quality is based the Crosby Quality Principles, and we use a variety of tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with our clients, we provide independent advice, training and support to help them achieve sustainable success. Appointed as Qualitin Business Partners in 2013 we now support the implementation of the ICG Toolkit to manage KPI's and drive continuous improvement - bridging the gap between corporate strategy and operational management.
