We design, manufacture and install a complete line of lightweight cladding and accents that look and feel like natural carved limestone. This includes: wall panels, columns, mouldings, door and window surrounds, complete porticoes and bay windows, address engraving and 3D carved accent dormers. Some of the key benefits of Styrok products are: Aesthetic value; our products look like natural stone. We coat our products with a natural mineral aggregate that mimics the rich texture of Indiana limestone. They are installed in a similar manner to stone, that is, by grouting all joints to produce a look and feel indistinguishable from carved limestone. We use natural pigment colorants to achieve the most realistic effect. Our products are then carefully sealed to protect them from dirt and dust; as a result, they are easy to clean and require minimal maintenance. Lightweight. All Styrok products contain a high density EPS (foam) core. As such, they are a lightweight alternative to heavy concrete precast and limestone, which often require structural support and labour intensive installation processes. Pre-fabricated. All of our products are carefully pre-fabricated in our Vaughan factory. Not only does this ensure a high degree of consistency and quality control, it also reduces installation time - no painting or finishing is required on the job site. Versatile. Our products can be applied over both new and existing construction. Insulating. Styrok products exceed the Standard Council of Canada's requirement with respect to thermal performance and R-value.
