Sub 4 Development Company was started in 2015 as the real estate construction arm of Green Street Realty and Jackson Dearborn Partners. The goal was to build high quality student housing, multi-family housing, and retail projects in house. Since rely on an outside contractor to build our developments. Since its inception, we have been one of the most active builders in the Champaign-Urbana Illinois market, building numerous new construction projects. As we continue to grow, so does our footprint, with a pipeline of projects in markets like Colorado Springs, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Ann Arbor, MI and Lafayette, IN. As of the summer of 2021, we have opened offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and Denver, Colorado to serve growth in those markets.
