Sublimotion Ibiza
The Sublimotion concept started in 2012 inside the research atelier of the worldwide recognized Spanish Chef, Paco Roncero (2 Michelin Stars) in association with the Creative Director Eduardo Gonzáles (Vega Factory) co-founder of the experience. In 2014, this concept opened its doors on the island of Ibiza in the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. Since the launching of the project, Sublimotion set the trend in gastronomic experiences, raising the concept to a new scenic art, a completely unique immersive gastronomic performance. The Sublimotion Experience has expanded to the world, in 2019 it was present in Saudi Arabia during the Riyadh Season and also between 2021-2022 started a pop-up in Dubai, UAE. Sublimotion has been recognized the same year as its inauguration with the award for best F&B innovation at the World Wide Hospitality Awards 2014.
