Partners Rahm Rechtschaffen (Rahmdesign.com) and Ari Goldstein provide full service efficient and high performance residential design and construction. We are interested in ground up new construction and renovations. We focus on delivering extremely efficient tech drive construction process with minimal time on site. As Architects and Builders we are keenly aware of the housing crisis in our region, particularly around reasonably priced workforce housing and ADUs. We hope to address this through private development and partnerships with non-profit organizations.
