Subtle Healing Llc

During the Autumn of 2016, I completed my first Sound Healing training as a Healing Rhythms Drum Circle Facilitator. In January 2017, I began holding Meditative Sound Circles at a local yoga studio. One year later, I completed my training in Ayurvedic Nutrition and became a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Subtle Healing LLC was licensed on May 11, 2018. Now, Subtle Healing provides programs for both the general public and private groups, in addition to providing Ayurvedic wellness coaching. Working with local county park systems such as Monmouth County Parks and local yoga studios, the public programs use sound healing for stress management. Sessions with private clients include groups for those with developmental disabilities, memory care units in assisted living facilities, and family programs at addiction treatment centers. These sessions use sound healing, singing bowls, drumming, and mantra, to engage the participants in new ways which promote stress relief, relaxation, and Individual services:+Private Sound Healing (Singing bowls, drumming, mantra meditation)+Ayurvedic Health Counseling Group services:+Sound Healing programs for. 1) Assisted Living Facilities and Memory Care Units 2) Recovery Community Organizations and Addiction Treatment Centers 3) Organizations for those with Developmental Disabilities
