Pastry Chef, Preeti Talwar started baking a few years ago as a simple passion. She was never drawn towards cooking, and would occasionally bake a vanilla sponge cake for her children through the years. But when she started experimenting with cheesecakes, she fell in love with baking. It became a stress buster for her and allowed her to have some “me time” through the day. Preeti's passion has been completely self-learnt, it led her to engage with workshops and online classes and mix them together to come up with her own recipes. She started sending them to friends and family and the response was overwhelming. Her hobby and passion became a business during the pandemic. People from all over Mumbai, starting ordering from her and responding with love and appreciation. She continued and will continue to work hard in bettering herself to provide her customers with rich flavours and high quality home products. Cheesecakes continue to be her speciality but she has been branching out and learning a diversity of cakes and confectionary, with which "Sucre by Preeti" resonates today! The happiness that she can deliver through her passion for baking, makes her want to continue building on her business and hope to reach as many hearts and stomachs as possible!
