Sudan Hub Ltd

What are we: Sudan Hub Group is a newly established website aiming to connect the global Sudanese Diaspora, by providing a platform to share, connect, communicate, showcase Sudanese culture, identity and heritage. We need to educate ourselves so we don’t lose our culture and heritage. The Idea: This inspiration for Sudan Hub came from the fact that I did not grow up in Sudan, was not born in Sudan so did not know too much about Sudan. I would go back to Sudan most summers but this was not enough to really learn and understand the vast amounts of Sudanese culture, tradition and history. At the same time whenever anyone asked me where Im from I would always say Sudan proudly. But either the person hadn’t heard of it or they only heard the negativity: Daarfur, Oil, North, South, Teddy Bear Mohammed, etc… They never mention the fact that Sudan has over 300 pyramids compared to Egypts 80, Sudan is the largest country in Africa, Sudan has over 500 tribes, cultures and languages, Sudan has the oldest civilization in the human history. So I decided to make this website to showcase this culture, educate myself, and educate anyone who is truly interested in learning more about Sudan.
