I'm passionate about creating educational, fun, and interactive corporate wellness events, festivals, and workshops that empower and inspire people to reach their full potential. With over 30 years event management experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sector, including SGIC, Minter Ellison Lawyers, and the RFDS, together with advertising, promotion, marketing and media experience, you can be assured of a quality and professional service every time. I assist people with their mental wellbeing by using a range of tools including coaching, mentoring, mindfulness, and motivation to develop individuals and teams to achieve desired outcomes. Being a certified Psychosomatic Therapist, among other things, enables me to easily assess the character of a person, their general overall well-being, and what stress their body might be holding. I'm also able to intuitively connect with a person's energy to determine their internal health and any possible dis-harmony or dis-ease. I offer private sessions at Project 18 the wellbeing collective, in Port Adelaide, SA, and via zoom, or can come to your workplace to facilitate a workshop or create a unique event that meets your business objectives and needs. I'm also a Meditation Facilitator and have been offering weekly meditation classes for over 15 years. Connecting and collaborating with community, businesses and individuals is one of the reasons for creating the Enlighten Adelaide Festival in 2009, and subsequently, the Riverland Wellness Festival.
