Sulets markets, lets and manages student accommodation in Leicester. The De Montfort and Leicester Students' Unions are founding members who sit on our Trustee Board. We are a unique organisation, setup as a charity, with a trustee board including representatives of both Leicester Universities. Our mission is to raise standards across student housing in Leicester by promoting good practice and offering a fair and honest approach to business. With a range of properties ranging from private sector housing through to major accommodation blocks, we have the experience and expertise to deliver quality and value for students and attractive rental incomes for property owners.
