The bank is a locally owned financial institution chartered by the State of Missouri. It is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Currently, the Bank is served by a Board of Directors. We have built a strong, capable board that guides the bank through establishing policies and processes that assure a safe, strong financial institution. Sullivan Bank is a solid financial institution, growing with the communities it serves; our neighborhood branches in Sullivan, Cuba, Labadie, Pleasant Hope, Springfield, Sunrise Beach, Union, St. Clair and Eureka - all in Missouri.
