Patrick J. Sullivan focuses his practice on Construction law and has more than 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry.(See Case law) Past project involvement has included demolition, additions, renovations, office buildings, schools, dormitories, hospitals libraries, municipal facilities, roads, military installations, churches, temples, synagogues, recreational facilities, condominiums, homes, residential developments, bridges, tunnels, sewerage treatment plants, City Halls, State House and the like. Disputes have included major delay claims, design defects, changed conditions, change orders, contract termination, acceleration and contract claims valued to $10 million. Patrick was admitted to Bar of MA 1986, Federal Court District of MA 1988, United States Court of Federal Claims 1994, United States Court of Appeals 1997. He graduated from University of Massachusetts with a degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1986.
