Hi, my name is Arian Teague. As a designer, and owner of Summer Hill Design I have had tremendous success in my career working for some of the largest home furnishings manufacturers calling on almost all major US retailers. Some of my recent skills and accomplishments include: ·Starting a new division for JLA Home to develop and design soft window coverings. Within 3 years, sales grew to over $14M with product placements n many major retailers, including Target, Kohl’s, JCP, Bed Bath and Beyond, Lowes. ·Extensive experience working with brand and product development teams under the labels; Echo, Robert Allen, Vera Wang, Laura Ashley, Tommy Hillinger, and Nicole Miller to create exclusive products for various retailers. ·Established trend, design, merchandising, and sourcing direction of home décor products based on corporate strategies, customer’s needs, market trends, and targeted price points. ·Partnered and traveled internationally to develop strong manufacturing relationships with the overseas manufactures to create collections appropriate to the corporate strategies, and brands. ·Directed USA and Asian design studios from initial concept to finished soft home fashion products to include soft window, fashion bedding, and decorative pillows. product assortments aligned with corporate strategies and goals.
