SummerPlace Equity Partners is a black female owned fund manager based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Established in 2019, our aim is to help businesses reach their full potential through our investments. Our private equity fund - the SummerPlace Equity Fund l - is a growth equity fund that invests in medium sized businesses that have reached an inflection point and need growth capital to scale. We look to invest in businesses with a proven track record, led by dynamic and experienced entrepreneurs and management teams who are willing to grow their business along side us. We actively collaborate with portfolio company management teams to add strategic value as well as to influence and support the transformation agendas of our portfolio companies.
