Summit Capital (Private) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Summit Bank Limited and incorporated in 2006 with the paid-up Capital of PKR 300mn to accommodate the merger of Atlas Investment Bank Limited with Atlas Bank Limited. The company is a member of Pakistan Stock Exchange (formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Limited) and also a member of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange. The equity brokerage division, with over fifteen years of services to its clients has presence in two major cities i.e. Karachi and Lahore. The company has the privilege of providing brokerage services to state enterprises, mutual funds, commercial banks, NBFCs and a large number of retail investors. The main focus of the company is on efficiency in service, integrity and professionalism which is a prerequisite of local & international client base. The company has been providing money market brokerage services since 2004 when it has got registered with the FMA and in this short span of time the company has built up an ability to cater to all clients' needs may it be placements or borrowings at the most competitive rates.
