Summit was established in 1990 and specializes in providing environmental site assessments associated with the development (Greenfields) and re-development (Brownfields) industry from Phase I ESA to extensive Phase II ESA using real time on-site data collections methods and completion of timely remedial action plans in a safe and cost effective manner. Summit also provides extensive historical and cultural resources management services associated with the development or re-development of highly sensitive or high profile projects. Summit provides a full suite of services designed to protect and manage drinking water supplies. Our experience extends from siting and designing new wells to automated, long-term management and control of water systems. We can lower the energy consumption and develop contingency plans for both quantity and quality issues.
