Land values have decreased dramatically over the past 2-3 years, and we found a new "niche" in the Real Estate Industry, and we felt that we could bring a level of service to distressed homeowners that few, if any, are currently focused on. Hence, Summit Home Consultants. We are CDPE's (Certified Distressed Property Experts), and specialize in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.
