SUMMIT SENIOR LIFE, LLC is a principal based firm solely focused on identifying, entitling, developing and managing Senior Communities in the Western U.S. In a state and region that has established very difficult governmental approvals, we have proven our ability to innovate, remain focused on the task at hand and work with all stakeholders to achieve success. We are a development firm which strategically transitioned to Senior Communities, understanding its challenges, complexity and long term financial potential. In 2008, Pacific Summit Development transitioned from multifamily, commercial and retail centers into the Senior Product. Senior care partners and operators were engaged to help us to study and establish expansion and exit strategies for the REIT market. These Operators helped to direct our expansion plans, introduced SSLife to the industry and its peers, architects, contractors, market study professionals, REITs and capital sources.
