Occupational Therapy offers a space to explore strengths, barriers and develop skills to do the things you care about, in a way that is satisfying to you. Trauma informed - acknowledging the experience and impact of trauma and creating safety through choice, trust and collaboration. Evidence based - utilizing standardised assessments, evidence-based techniques and outcome measures to track change over time.
