Private medical practice in Mental Health- psychiatry - medical psychology - psychotherapy § Consulting servises- Detailed analysis and evaluation of the personnel for different positions from the view of Ukrainian regulatory processes and educational standards. Unfortunately, we have experience where the position can be covered by the professional who has great experience, skills and motivation but is not compliant with country standards and regulations, which in future leads to regulatory issues with the government and other local authorities - Additional training (where possible) for existing workers and applicants to fully comply with the local regulations - Follow-up trainings on regular basis created based on the needs of a specific position and team as for non-medical and medical staff - Supervision of the projects in field of mental health- Material/technical support provision- diagnostic scales and instrument: adaptation, provision and training for psychologists, psychoanalysts, social workers, medical psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, general practitioners, rehabilitation specialists and nurses- Analysis of specific local regulatory requirements based on provided project. Complex delivery of the information required for particular project (including the lists of required documentation, approvals etc.)- Quality assurance of the ongoing project based of the standard operational procedures of the organization- Medical Coordination of external psychologist networks for the support of local staff- Coordination with other medical and non-medical facilities in EU- Mental health services in the field of psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy and psychoeducation both on-site and online.
