Sunbelt Homes is an Atlanta-based real estate operator focused on the acquisition, renovation, and long-term ownership of single-family housing across the Southeast United States. We specialize in acquiring distressed and underutilized single-family homes and managing the full life cycle of each asset—from sourcing and renovation through repositioning, leasing, or resale. Our team evaluates each property to determine the best long-term outcome, including operating it as an affordable or workforce rental or delivering attainable homeownership through retail sale. While Sunbelt has extensive experience working with regional and institutional investors, our focus today is ownership, operational excellence, and community-aligned development. We are intentionally expanding our work alongside municipalities, housing organizations, and capital partners to help address aging housing stock, vacancy, and affordability challenges in high-growth and underserved Southeast markets.
