Suncoast PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a member of Empath Health, a nonprofit integrated network of care supporting those challenged by chronic and advanced illness in the Tampa Bay region. We aim to fully support and care for seniors facing chronic illnesses and aging. Our team helps our participants achieve a healthy quality of life, stay active and socially connected and live safely and independently at home and in the community.
