Our Journey and What We Do As a Life Coach, the conversations i have with people that i support changes their lives. My background is working for 10 years as a psychiatric and addictions nurse. I also have a strong business and sporting background; i previously set-up a business from scratch and sold it at the right time. I’ve merged everything into a career in Life Coaching. The approach is centred around our innate health and well-being that each person has. I help people to understand where our experiences are coming from in each and every moment; this can be in relation to any area of our lives, such as relationships, finances, jobs, fears, aspirations, performance, mental health or addictions. My weekly 9pm Sunday Settler podcasts releases and Bulletproof Yourself packages, 1:1 work with clients, Collaborations with highly esteemed people - as well as articles, all serve to drop seeds to this understanding. If we catch on to the understanding of our innate well-being in just one area of our lives, then the problems or challenges that we thought we had, will fade away. The impact of this work is infinite and it’s well and truly changed my life, as well as the people i serve.
