Kia ora, I'm Aubrey. Massage therapy is a passion of mine that is always evolving. Being able to aid in the pain relief, relaxation and recovery of the body is an incredible honor to be a part of. My practice is about you and what you need. You can be having a stressful week, training for a sport, pregnant, annoyed with work, looking for some pamper ‘me’ time. Whatever it is, together, we will sort out a treatment plan that fits you. My intent is to recognize and understand what is going on with your body and work to effectively alleviate the tension and stress.
